Highland Lodges Terms and Conditions
DISCOUNTS - APPLICABLE TO MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS STAY:
COUPLES (ie Max of two persons only in the accommodation):
Highland Lodges offer 15% discount.
SENIOR CITIZENS – qualify for 5% discount if at least two occupants in one unit are senior citizens, and 10% discount if all occupants are senior citizens.
Please Note: Only one discount scheme can be applied to each booking.
Deposit of £150 per week (or part week) is due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Where the initial deposit has been made by debit or credit card, the balance will be charged to the same card 6 weeks in advance. If making a booking less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required.
LINEN, TOWELS, HEATING, ELECTRICITY AND FUELS ARE INCLUDED IN THE COST OF YOUR HOLIDAY.
PARKING: There is adequate parking space with each holiday accommodation.
PETS: We regret that pets are not permitted in our holiday accommodation.
SMOKING: We have a non-smoking policy throughout our holiday accommodation and we ask guests to please adhere to this.
RESERVATIONS: Telephone reservations can be made at any time during normal office hours and will be held for 7 days to allow for the arrival of your deposit and booking form. When the office is not manned, a recording machine will take your messages. Your instructions will be dealt with promptly.
PERIOD OF HIRE: The period of hire is from 4.00pm on the day of commencement of the booking until 10.30am on the final day.
ARRIVALS: It takes us some time to prepare your accommodation and it is therefore not possible to give entry until 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Customers should arrive within 36 hours of the commencement of the booking (unless by prior arrangement) otherwise the accommodation may be re-let. Please let us know if you are likely to be delayed.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY: If you find that you have to cancel or change your booking, it is necessary to notify us as soon as possible, preferably in writing. 30% of your deposit will be refunded if at least 8 weeks notice of cancellation is given. Other than for Booking Deposits, the terms of our Holiday Cancellation and Curtailment Scheme apply.
RECEPTION/SHOP: Our small reception and shop is situated a small distance away and is open at convenient times from Easter until September.
RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE BAR: Our spacious and comfortable restaurant and lounge bar, situated nearby, offers an excellent menu at reasonable prices and is open April until November.
