HEATING, ELECTRICITY, TELEVISION, AND DVD/VIDEO PLAYER are
all included at no extra cost
Outwith May to September:
Nightly bookings are available at one fifth of the weekly rate,
per night (minimum charge 3 nights). Couples will qualify
for 10% discount (i.e. 2 persons only per Lodge) and special terms
are available for Senior Citizens—on full week bookings at
any time of the year. The weekly terms shown constitute our Lodge
hire rates and include electricity. The amount shown is the
total that you pay.
DEPOSITS
£ 150 per lodge per week at time of booking. Balance 6 weeks
in advance of arrival. When the initial deposit has been paid by
credit card, the balance due will be charged to the same card also
6 weeks in advance of the arrival date.
VAT
Value Added Tax is included at 17½%. Prices will be adjusted
in line with any VAT rate change.
PETS
We regret that pets are not accepted in Lodges.
SMOKING
We now have a No-Smoking Policy in all our Holiday accommodation.
TV
Colour television (BBC1, BBC2, STV, Channel 4), video and music
centre is provided in each Lodge.
RESERVATIONS
Telephone reservations can be made at any time during normal office
hours and will be held for 7 days to allow arrival of your deposit
and booking form. When the office is not manned, a recording
machine will take your messages. Your instructions will be dealt
with promptly.
PLEASE NOTE
Period of Hire
The period of hire is from 4.00 pm on the day of commencement
of the booking until 10.30 am on the final day.
ARRIVALS
It takes us some time to prepare your Lodge and it is therefore
not possible to give entry until 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Customers
should arrive within 36 hours of the commencement of the booking
(unless by prior arrangement) otherwise the accommodation may be
re-let. Please let us know if you are likely to be delayed.
CANCELLATIONS
If you find that you have to cancel your booking, it is necessary
to notify us as soon as possible, preferably in writing. 40% of
your deposit will be refunded if at least 6 weeks notice of cancellation
is given. Other than for Booking Deposits, hirers are covered by
the terms of our Holiday Cancellation and Curtailment Scheme.
SHOP
The shop is open at convenient times from Easter until September.
RESTAURANT
Our spacious and comfortable restaurant, situated nearby, offers
an excellent menu at reasonable prices from April to October.
