Booking Fee

All bookings carry a Booking Administration Fee of £10:

This Administration Fee of £10 is non-refundable and is not included in your Pitch Fees, the full cost of your holiday will be payable on arrival.

Booking Fees for Multiple Bookings are by arrangement.

A confirmation will be sent for all reservations accepted. The management reserve the right to refuse any booking which they consider unacceptable. In the event of cancellation the Booking Fee is not returnable.

EXCEPTIONS

Groups(including Corporate, School, Large Family, and all-male/all-female)are only accepted by prior arrangement.We regret that "Commercial Vehicles" are not permitted.

VAT
Value Added Tax is included at 17½%. Prices will be adjusted in line with any VAT rate change.

RESERVATIONS
We regret that Reservations can only be made with advance notice of one month. Telephone reservations can be made at any time during normal office hours and will be held for 7 days to allow arrival of your deposit and booking form.  When the office is not manned, a recording machine will take your messages. Your instructions should be clear and will be dealt with promptly.

PLEASE NOTE
Period of Hire
The period of hire is from 12.00 noon on the day of commencement of the booking. We ask that you vacate your pitch by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

ARRIVALS
If you arrive after our Reception closes, please follow the instructions displayed in the Reception window. If you have a booking, you will know which field and which pitch you have been allocated from your confirmation letter. Please note that Caravans or Tents without display tickets will be visited each morning before 8.30, by the Park Wardens. We regret that no vehicles are permitted access to the park after 11.00pm.

CANCELLATIONS
If you find that you have to cancel your booking, it is necessary to notify us as soon as possible, preferably in writing.
SHOP
The shop is open at convenient times from Easter until September.

RESTAURANT
Our spacious and comfortable restaurant, situated nearby, offers an excellent menu at reasonable prices from April to October.
