Staying with us Guide

We will keep this page up-to-date with our latest advice on making a booking with us and how to stay safe and utilise our services during your stay. We will be making changes to our operation over the course of the season so be sure to check back here shortly before your visit.

General Advice

Please follow Scottish Government guidelines during your stay. Please also bear in mind that this guidance may differ from requirements back home.

Arrivals & Departures

We will be operating contactless arrival and departure procedures. On arrival please proceed directly to your unit, the door will be unlocked and the keys left inside.

On departure please follow all instructions on the safety information leaflet in your accommodation, lock the door and return the keys through the letterbox on the front of the Self-Catering Reception building.

Information About Your Accommodation

To simplify our sanitising procedures we have removed the guest information folder from your unit. You can access the information digitally during your stay using the link below. If you have difficulty accessing digital content you can request a printed version that will be delivered to your unit.

Guest Books & Instruction Manuals

Inventory

You may notice that we’ve removed a few non-essential items from the inventory in your unit.  If there’s something you really can’t do without please call one of the numbers on your welcome letter to get in touch with a member of our team.

Shared Facilities

For guests staying in our holiday caravans the laundry room and shower block is sited between Caravan 5 and Caravan 30.

The washing machines take 3 x £1 coins and the tumble dryers take 20p, 50p and £1 coins. Each 20p gives you 8 mins of drying time and there are several different heat settings.

We ask that all guests closely follow government guidelines around personal hygiene and social distancing when using our facilities.

Campsite Shop

Our campsite shop is open same hours as Reception and offers an excellent range of fresh and frozen foods and groceries, drinks and supplies. Please observe social distancing and follow signage.

Coronavirus Symptoms During Your Stay

In the event that any member of your party develops symptoms during your stay, you should immediately book a test through NHS Inform or, if you can’t get online, by phoning 0800 028 2816 and also inform us as soon as possible.

Government guidance states that “If guests who are isolating can travel home safely to isolate, avoiding the use of public transport, they should do this.”

We’re Good To Go

We have received our certification in the ‘We’re Good To Go’ COVID-19 Industry Standard scheme.

This is awarded in recognition that Glen Nevis Holidays can confirm we have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing.
