Winter Camping in Glen Nevis
For the first time ever, we’re keeping our campsite open through the winter – and we’d love to welcome you for a peaceful, cosy stay beneath the snow-dusted peaks of Glen Nevis.
While some of our regular facilities will be taking a well-earned rest over the colder months, we’ve got everything you need for a comfortable winter escape – whether you’re arriving by motorhome, campervan, caravan or even with a tent.
What’s Open This Winter?
Cameron Field - Motorcaravans, Caravans and Campervans
Our brand new Cameron facilities building is now open and fully winterised – designed to keep you warm and well looked after. It includes:
Underfloor heating throughout
Plenty of modern showers and toilets
Indoor kitchen facilities
Laundry area with washers and dryers
All pitches in Cameron Field come with:
Electricity, water and drainage
Hardstanding for motorcaravans, caravans and campervans
Cameron Superpitches are extra roomy – at least 14 metres long, perfect if you need a bit more space
Deerpark Field – Tent Camping & Pods
We’re also keeping Deerpark Field open for those braving the tent or staying in one of our cosy camping pods.
We’ve not tried operating our pods in sub-zero temperatures yet so we’re restricting availability initially until we see how they perform.
Please note: the Deerpark toilet block will be closed during winter. Tent campers and pod guests will have access to the new Cameron Facilities building, which is just a short walk away.
Other Things to Know
Our campsite shop and reception will be closed over the winter.
Our main office (around a 10-minute walk away) will remain open and available for help and enquiries.
A manager will be on site throughout the winter, so you’ll always have support nearby.
Check our restaurant & bar website for details of opening times over November and December and a range of events we have on.
