Caravans/Motorcaravans & Tents

If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before your arrival date then we will apply a £5 cancellation charge and refund the remaining balance.

If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, we will also charge the first night of your stay and refund any remaining balance.

If you do not show up on your intended date of arrival, then we will remove your booking from our system and retain the remaining balance as a cancellation charge.

Camping Pods

If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before your arrival date, then we will charge the first night of your stay as a cancellation fee and refund any remaining balance.

If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, then it is unlikely that we will be able to re-let your pod so you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you do not show up on your intended date of arrival, then we will remove your booking from our system and retain the remaining balance as a cancellation charge.
